Matteo has held various roles in communication agencies before becoming co-owner of Adam Integrated Communications, a leader in the Italian tourism representation market. The agency was successfully sold to the AVIAREPS group in 2014. After serving as Tourism Marketing Director at AVIAREPS Italy, Matteo spent two years in the UAE as Director of Marketing and Promotions at the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, Government of Ras Al Khaimah. In 2018, he founded Tourism Hub, bringing an international approach and a vision for developing a new, digital, strategic, and tailored business model.

Since 2020, Matteo has served as an advisor to the Saudi Tourism Authority for global B2B development. He has an award-winning portfolio of success stories and case studies, showcasing his outside-the-box strategic thinking, unrivaled ability to form marketing alliances, and develop creative projects that result in exceptional outcomes for clients.
