The Brief
To increase brand awareness for its client Trenino Verde delle Alpi / BLS AG, Tourism Hub organised a press trip involving a selected group of national media, with the aim of generating press coverage based on a first-hand experience. Tourism Hub led this trip to showcase the winter offering of a journey aboard the Trenino Verde delle Alpi.
The Project
The media trip allowed journalists and creators to experience first-hand an adventure aboard the Trenino Verde delle Alpi: onboard comfort, breathtaking scenery, the flexibility of the day pass, and the seamless integration of train–boat–urban transport. The Trenino Verde delle Alpi is an experiential tourism product, capable of combining sustainable mobility, slow travel, and discovery, perfectly aligned with the offerings of the destinations along the route.
The journey demonstrated how it is possible to explore the nature and culture found at each stop along the way: stunning Alpine landscapes and the traditional Belle Époque costume event in Kandersteg; the enchanting Lake Thun crossed by boat, and the rich history of the city of Thun, known as the gateway to the Swiss capital, Bern, where nature, culture, and traditions coexist in perfect harmony.
