Virtual Engagement with Tour Operators and Media

Tourism Hub as a representative of Tourism Australia planned virtual live workshops for Tour Operators and Media where an Aboriginal artist from Uluru (Red Centre) explained dotpainting techniques and provided interesting details on the life and art of the Australian red desert population. 20 Italian product managers and 15 journalists were invited to create their own painting while the artist told the audience advices and stories. The paintings created by the participants were judged by the Aboriginal community of the workshop (Maruku) and the most beautiful painting was awarded with the work created live by the Aboriginal artist. A moment of get toghether to continue talking about the destination and giving some ideas for the next programming to the travel experts as well as continue media presence in Italian market.
