Media event - Chef Floriano Pellegrino onboard La Compagnie
Our team initiated a new gourmet collaboration on behalf of our client La Compagnie with Bros’ - Pellegrino Brothers, formed by the Michelin-starred chef duo Floriano Pellegrino and Isabella Potì.
La Compagnie onboard menu in October featured a delicious dessert curated by the chef Potì, that created a dessert made of coffee and hazelnut tart.
On November 1st chef Pellegrino personally presented his special culinary creation to the passengers on board La Compagnie non-stop Milan-New York: a 100% vegetarian appetiser with cauliflower, black garlic and horseradish, served with a glass of Salento IGT "Verdeca" Masciullo selected by sommelier Nicolas Savasta.
Around this special event on board our team managed to organize and escort a media trip with tier one media, that got to experience the new recipe signed and in this special occasion personally served to passengers by the chef, while enjoying a stress-free journey thanks to the exclusive services offered by the French airline.
This new partnership is part of a series of brand-affinity collaborations that our team set up earlier this year for La Compagnie, on the occasion of the launch of the new Milan-New York route, kicking off with the presentation of chef Lorenzo Cogo's signature plate in August.
