The Brief

PROMPERÚ aimed to strengthen the destination’s visibility in Italy by creating a dedicated B2B roadshow in Rome and Milan, offering its partners a strategic platform to present Peru’s unique and diverse tourism experiences to the Italian travel trade.

The Project

Tourism Hub managed the full process of identifying the most strategic Italian tour operators, selecting the right profiles to participate in one-to-one meetings with PROMPERÚ’s partners. The goal was to foster new synergies, encourage concrete collaborations, and support the expansion of Peru-related products within the Italian market.
In addition to the B2B meetings, a dedicated presentation session for travel agents was organized to enhance their knowledge and confidence in the destination, while providing valuable networking opportunities with attending partners and insights into the tourism products available in Peru.

The format was replicated in both Rome and Milan—two key hubs for business development and for reaching a highly engaged audience.
The roadshow laid a strong foundation for future trade strategies and for strengthening PROMPERÚ’s long-term positioning within the Italian market.
